Role Description The Territory Sales Incharge is a full-time, in office role based in Kurukshetra, responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include visiting retailers, distributors, and key customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating orders, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries. The role involves monitoring sales performance, implementing sales strategies,



and supporting partners with product knowledge and promotional activities. The Territory Sales Incharge will also handle customer feedback, coordinate with internal teams for supply and delivery, and prepare regular reports on market trends and competitor activity. Training local channel partners and team members on product features and sales techniques is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and channel partners.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to achieve targets and manage territory performance.
Experience in Training teams or partners on product features and selling techniques.
Prior experience in FMCG, electrical, or lighting product sales is preferred.
Ability to work independently in the field, with strong planning and time management skills.
Comfort with basic reporting, MS Office, and use of mobile tools or CRM systems.
