Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance

Broomees India is a growing home services platform and a Shark Tank India Season 2 funded startup. With 20,000+ customers served across cities and a growing team, we are expanding our Training Centre initiative to develop skilled and job-ready professionals for the home services industry.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cooking Trainer / Culinary Trainer to join our Training Centre in South Delhi.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct practical cooking training sessions for candidates.
Train candidates in Indian and everyday household cooking.
Teach preparation of meals, breakfast, snacks and commonly prepared dishes.
Demonstrate proper cooking techniques and kitchen practices.
Train candidates on kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleanliness.




Teach safe handling and usage of kitchen equipment and utensils.
Guide trainees through hands-on practical sessions.
Evaluate cooking skills and conduct practical assessments.
Identify skill gaps and provide additional training where required.
Candidate Requirements
2+ years of relevant cooking/culinary experience preferred.
Background in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Hospitality or Professional Cooking preferred.
Experience as a Chef, Cook, Culinary Instructor, Kitchen Trainer or Catering Professional will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Indian and household cooking.
Excellent practical cooking skills.
Basic computer/laptop knowledge preferred.
