5. Lead investigations into quality issues, non-conformances, or customer
complaints, and implement preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of
quality processes with inventory management, shipping, and receiving
7. Develop and deliver training programs to warehouse staff on quality
procedures, best practices, and compliance requirements
8. Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance, trends,
and areas needing improvement
9. Champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
