Role Description The Cost Control Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for overseeing project and operational cost control activities, including budgeting, forecasting,



and variance analysis to ensure projects and business units remain within approved financial targets. The role involves preparing and reviewing cost reports, monitoring actual versus planned expenditures, and coordinating with project managers, finance, and operations teams to identify cost risks and implement corrective actions. The Cost Control Manager will establish and maintain cost control processes, contribute to tender and project pricing, and support management with timely, accurate cost-related insights. The role also includes continuous improvement of cost management tools and methodologies, and adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
