Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations. This role offers exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a growing IT infrastructure at location 501, Sahjanand Arcade, 132 Feet Ring Road, Memnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for the duration of 3 to 6 months (extendable / convertible to full-time based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist with onboarding formalities for current joiners, including documentation and induction
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases/MIS
• Support attendance, leave tracking,



and basic payroll data collection
• Help organise employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience letters)
• Support in maintaining compliance-related documentation (PF, ESIC, statutory records)
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and interview feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA in HR, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and manage confidential information responsibly
• Proactive, organised, and a team player with a willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions is a plus
