About the Team

As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, mentoring engineering teams, collaborating with Product Owners and Architects, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of business-critical initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable,



high-performance Java-based microservices and backend applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.
Own end-to-end feature delivery, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, and the adoption of software engineering best practices.
Design and implement code and functionalities in HP Non-Stop Tandem technology involving COBOL, TAL and other utilities
Ensure application reliability, performance, and quality through automated testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and proactive optimization.
