Role Description The Senior Area Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory, managing key retail and distribution partners, and expanding market presence for Tibros Homeware products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing area sales plans, meeting revenue and volume targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and ensuring strong product visibility and placement. The Senior Area Sales Manager will lead and support local sales teams,



conduct regular store visits, provide product training to channel partners, and coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize promotions and inventory. The role also involves preparing sales reports, forecasting, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
Qualifications
Proven experience in area or regional sales management, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or homeware/tableware categories.
Strong skills in territory planning, account management, and channel development to drive consistent sales performance.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and use insights to refine strategies and achieve targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and managing sales representatives to high performance.
