About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Store Executive who enjoys interacting with customers and has a strong interest in sales,



design and premium products.
You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while actively contributing to the store's sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalised shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products.
Drive daily and monthly retail sales and achieve assigned targets.
Explain product features, design stories, pricing and product combinations to customers.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Handle customer enquiries, orders, billing coordination and follow-ups.
Maintain excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure the store is organised, clean and maintained to Ware's standards.
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for product availability and order fulfilment.
