Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Specialist role based in Kolkata. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build strong relationships with clients across targeted sectors.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to develop customized solutions from RSC GROUP’s product and service portfolio. The Business Development Specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, provide responsive customer support, and maintain accurate records in CRM or relevant tools. The role also involves participating in client meetings, site visits, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and support long-term business growth.
