We're hiring a Senior Structural Design Engineer and a Structural Design Engineer to design, calculate, and detail structural solutions across a wide range of project types from temporary works to permanent structures. You'll take projects from concept through to construction-ready design, working largely autonomously while collaborating with our international team.

Role & responsibilities

- Design and analyze temporary and permanent structures, including:
- Strut joints and bracing systems

- Ventilation shafts

- Buildings

- Stations

- Tunnels

- Shoring systems

- Bridges
- Produce complete structural design packages, including:
- Structural calculations and design/calculation notes
- Design drawings suitable for review and construction
- Apply international design standards (e.g., Eurocode, AISC, BS, AASHTO, or equivalent, depending on project jurisdiction) accurately and consistently
- Independently manage design tasks from scope to delivery, exercising sound engineering judgment with minimal oversight
- Coordinate with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and clients across different time zones
- Ensure all deliverables meet the firm's standards for accuracy, precision, and reliability
- Identify and flag design risks or constructability issues proactively

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Demonstrated experience designing both temporary works (e.g., shoring, strutting) and permanent structures (buildings, bridges, tunnels, or stations)
- Strong working knowledge of international structural design codes and standards
- Experience with design of prestressed slabs or beams preferred.
- Experience with precast slabs or segments preferred.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Robot Structural Analysis, or equivalent)
- Ability to independently produce structural calculation notes and design
- Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory), French not must, but preferred
- Robust ability to work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
