Role Description:

The Welder cum Fitter is a full time, on-site role based in Kammagondahalli, North Bengaluru. The role involves performing welding operations, fitting and assembling machine components, and ensuring structural integrity and dimensional accuracy of manufactured parts. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, preparing materials, setting up welding equipment, and carrying out TIG, or MIG welding as required.

The Welder cum Fitter is also responsible for inspecting completed work,



collaborating with the production team, and maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in TIG and MIG/CO2 welding techniques.
- Understanding of Materials used in machine manufacturing and their welding properties.
- Experience reading mechanical drawings and fitting parts to precise tolerances.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and use of protective equipment.
- Prior experience as a Welder, Fitter, or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training in welding or fabrication is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on the shop floor and manage tasks independently.
