About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation with hands-on experience in SAP IS-OIL implementation, support, and enhancements. The role focuses on integrating IS-OIL functionalities with core SAP modules and supporting Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream Oil & Gas business processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP IS-OIL solutions, and supporting industry-specific processes. The candidate will participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, implementation, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.

The position also includes preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams for custom developments, and supporting testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT. The candidate will troubleshoot production issues, support post-go-live stabilization, and create process documentation, training materials, and user guides.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS-OIL solutions.
- Configure, implement, support, and enhance IS-OIL industry-specific processes.
- Work across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream Oil & Gas business processes.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Support implementation, rollout, enhancement, production support,



and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams on custom developments.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and develop business process documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including MM, SD, FICO, PM, and EWM.
- Work with IS-OIL Fiori apps and custom developments.
