Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support and manage day-to-day kitchen operations at our Prabhadevi, Mumbai location.

We are seeking candidates with experience in restaurants, fine dining, hotels, breweries, resorts, premium casual dining, or cloud kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise, coordinate and train kitchen team members.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation and portion standards.
- Manage high-volume kitchen operations efficiently.
- Monitor food cost, inventory, wastage and kitchen consumption.
- Ensure proper implementation of kitchen SOPs and food safety standards.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per company and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the F&B; and operations teams to ensure smooth service.




- Support menu preparation and maintain consistency across kitchen operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of overall kitchen experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory kitchen role.
- Strong team handling and kitchen leadership skills.
- Experience managing high-volume kitchen operations.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
