As we continue to expand our global footprint—especially in the USA and Europe we are looking to strengthen our corporate gifting vertical to support client events, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns worldwide.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Gifting Executive to manage end-to-end global gifting operations from sourcing and branding to logistics and on-ground delivery. This role is critical in ensuring our clients receive premium, timely, and brand-aligned gifting solutions across international events and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Global Sourcing & Vendor Management
Source high-quality, cutting-edge, and sustainable corporate gifting items from India, USA, Europe, and other global markets
Identify and onboard reliable international vendors and manufacturers
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, timelines,



and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards
Maintain an updated global vendor and product database
Branding & Customization
Coordinate branding, customization, and packaging of gifting items as per client brand guidelines
Work closely with internal design teams and external vendors to ensure accurate logo placement, finishes, and premium look & feel
Ensure compliance with brand standards and international regulations
Logistics & Global Delivery
Manage international shipping, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery for events and exhibitions
Coordinate with freight forwarders, courier partners, and on-ground teams in the USA and Europe
Ensure timely delivery aligned with event schedules and installation timelines
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or logistical challenges
Client & Internal Coordination
Collaborate with sales, client servicing, and event operations teams to understand gifting requirements
