Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager – MICE role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions segment, including corporate clients, agencies, and institutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, managing a robust sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations,



and negotiating contracts aligned with company standards. The role involves close collaboration with event production and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and delivery of MICE projects. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance, maintain CRM data, attend industry events, and provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in MICE or event industry sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and account growth within corporate and institutional segments.
Proficiency in lead generation, pipeline management, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal event production, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate project scoping and delivery.
