Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (C# / React, Digital Employee Experience)

Location: Noida, India Reporting to: Team Manager, Software Development

Short Description / Job Objective The TeamViewer Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform finds and resolves IT issues before they affect users. Over the past several years, we have successfully built and released products that simplify IT administrators’ daily work. Our vision is to become the unified endpoint management solution for our customers.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to play a key role in evolving and scaling our DEX platform, trusted by large enterprise customers. In this role, you will contribute across the backend and front-end stack, building scalable cloud services in C#/.NET and delivering modern, accessible user interfaces using React and TypeScript.

You will also be expected to effectively leverage AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to increase productivity, code quality, and development velocity, while applying strong engineering judgment and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

Distributed Systems & Architecture

· Drive architectural decisions that improve platform scalability, resilience, fault tolerance, and maintainability

· Evaluate and introduce architectural improvements to support future scale, growth, and operational efficiency

· Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to technical strategy across multiple product domains

Performance & Scalability Engineering

· Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across services, databases, APIs, and user-facing applications

· Define, measure, and improve key system performance metrics including latency, throughput, concurrency, and resource utilization

· Design solutions that scale horizontally and efficiently support highly concurrent workloads

· Perform load testing, capacity planning,



and scalability analysis for critical platform services

· Optimize database architecture, query performance, indexing strategies, caching mechanisms, and storage patterns

· Drive engineering initiatives focused on platform reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization

Backend & Platform Development

· Build and evolve cloud-native services using C#/.NET

· Design and implement high-performance REST and GraphQL APIs

· Develop event-driven and asynchronous processing solutions where appropriate

· Ensure services meet reliability, observability, security, and operational excellence standards

· Implement robust monitoring, health checks, alerting, and diagnostics capabilities

Front-End Engineering

· Develop modern, responsive, and accessible user experiences using React and TypeScript

· Collaborate with designers and product teams to deliver performant and intuitive user interfaces

· Optimize client-side performance and responsiveness for enterprise-scale applications

· Partner with backend engineers to define API contracts and end-to-end data flows

Requirements

Core Requirements

· 6+ years of professional software engineering experience

· Strong expertise in C#/.NET and SQL-based systems

· Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems in production environments

· Deep understanding of scalability, concurrency, fault tolerance, and high-availability architectures

· Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns including microservices, event-driven systems, and domain-driven design





· Experience designing and optimizing high-performance APIs and backend services

· Experience troubleshooting complex performance and reliability issues in large-scale systems

· Robust understanding of database internals, query optimization, indexing strategies, and data modeling

· Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and production diagnostics

· Commercial experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies

· Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and software design patterns

· Excellent debugging and root-cause analysis skills

· Understanding of secure software development principles

· Fluent English communication skills

Cloud, Reliability & DevOps

· Experience building and operating cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP

· Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes-based deployments

· Experience designing highly available and resilient services

· Understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence practices

· Familiarity with distributed caching, messaging, and event streaming technologies

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Experience operating systems handling large-scale telemetry, endpoint, monitoring, or observability workloads

· Experience with Kafka, Event Hubs, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms

· Experience with distributed caching technologies such as Redis

· Experience conducting load testing and performance benchmarking

· Experience with DataDog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability platforms

· Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted software development tools

· Experience with Kustomize, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices

· Understanding of SRE principles, SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets

· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
