Sr Application Developer-ServiceNow Developer-ITSM Area(s) of responsibility Role Summary The Senior Developer – ServiceNow is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT service management requirements. The role requires hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development, workflow automation, integrations, and customization while ensuring adherence to platform best practices and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Development & Configuration Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Configure

Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog modules. Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine. Design and implement workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation processes. Create and maintain UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
