Profile: System & Network Admin / Sr. Engineer with great desktop skills (hardware, software, networking and mail support) plus skills to handle server level problems and network security related issues.

nSummary
nYou would be responsible for ITIL Based Service Delivery inclusive of Networks, EMail, Backup, Security administration and Management.
nWill be closely working with IT Management tools used by SME and PSU to centrally manage deployed IT resources
nWill be expected to communicate directly with Sr management at Client end.

nITIL Based Service Delivery
nServer administration and management
nNetworking management, monitoring, working with hypervisor, VMs etc.
nAcronis Backup solutions- setting up, maintenance, trouble sheeting
nInstallation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Firewall applications
nEMail security / network security applications
nLAN/ WAN/SAN configurations and design
nDesktop trouble shooting
nExpected to interact with Sr. Management – mature, qualified,



sensible and proactive attitude
nWill attend to server, mail, networking, desktop etc. related calls
nConstant upgradation of knowledge thru inhouse and internet resources
nJoining asap.

nDesired Skills and Experience
n1. Educational Qualification: (BSc, BTech, 3 yrs Diploma)
n2. Desktop Knowledge: (Outlook Fundamentals, OS related issue )
n3 MS Outlook, O365 admin, G-suite, Teams, VC fundamentals
n5. Knowledge of Any UTM/Firewall (Sonicwall, Sophos, Fortinet)
n6. Should have worked with Backup Solutions
n7. Should have worked with Anti Virus, patches
n8. training /Knowledge of CCNA or Microsoft. certification is preferable
n9 Communication Skill Excellent and Speak with foreign Clients
n10. Work Experience 3 -6 years in the desired role
