Senior Designer — Fulcrum Concepts

nWe are a twenty-year-old interior design practice based in Pune — and we are growing. Fulcrum Concepts has designed over fifty homes across India, from complete civil overhauls to luxury apartment makeovers, and we are looking for a Senior Designer who is ready to own projects from brief to handover.
nThis is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a screen and render. This is a role for someone who loves the full journey — the client conversation, the site chaos, the material decisions, the moment a space comes together exactly as it was imagined.
nWhat you will do
nLead design projects end to end — from initial client brief through concept, execution and handover
nManage client relationships with confidence, warmth and clarity at every stage
nOversee site execution — coordinating contractors, vendors and timelines to ensure delivery as designed
nDevelop space plans, mood boards, material selections and working drawings




nWork closely with Pallavi Arora and the Fulcrum team on projects across residential and commercial categories
nContribute to the design and creative direction of the practice
nWhat we are looking for
n1–2 years minimum of hands-on interior design experience — designing, managing sites and handling clients
nA design degree or diploma from a recognised institution
nStrong command of AutoCAD — SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar software a plus
nSomeone who is comfortable on site as much as they are in a design meeting
nExcellent communication skills — you will be the face of Fulcrum to our clients
nA genuine eye for detail, material and proportion — not just software skills
nBased in Pune or willing to relocate
