We are Hiring - Manager - FP&A; and Cost Control
n
n Purpose of the position:
n
- n
- To align the company's goals and objectives with financial performances through an in-depth analysis of key performance indicators.n
- Ensuring accuracy of financial reporting and its consolidation reports to group company.n
- To maximize resource efficiency and profitability through disciplined cost monitoring and control.n
- To standardize and ensuring complete implementation of ICFR processes.n

n Main Responsibilities:
n Financial Performance and Analysis (40%):
n
- n
- Aligned with Finance & Operations verticals and perform Financial planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, Variance analysis activities, collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transaction, preparation of standard & adhoc management reports for country, product, and providing standardized & adhoc and insightful level of analyses.n
- Establish tools and applications to automate the financial and analysis reports.n




- Prepare the financial reports for standalone and consolidation of group entities.n
- Responsibility for developing and monitoring KPIs to deliver the forecasts.n

n Cost controlling (30%):
n
- n
- Monitor and analyse costs to ensure they are in line with budget and identify detailed explanations for variances.n
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to minimize expenditures and maximize profitability.n
- Prepare cost reports for management and provide recommendations for cost reduction and control.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and improve overall performance.n
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in cost control best practices.n

n Internal Control (20%):

- Ensure Internal Controls Framework Review (ICFR) compliancesn
- Ensure reporting controls are robust and systems integrity remains at the highest possible standardn
