Salary: Up to ₹60,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. SCM Executive to manage and optimize supply chain planning and coordination across internal departments and vendors, ensuring effective material flow, optimum inventory levels and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production, material and dispatch plans based on customer requirements and capacity.
- Plan raw material, inventory and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Dispatch and vendors for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources for production.
- Monitor production progress, order status, inventory levels and OTD performance.
- Review SCM KPIs and identify deviations from planned targets.
- Take corrective actions for production delays, material shortages and inventory issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, inventory turnover and supply chain efficiency.




- Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with concerned departments and monitor their performance.

Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Planning Processes – Purchase, Production & Dispatch.
- Understanding of packing processes and supply chain flow.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP and other computer applications.
- Knowledge of SCM planning and coordination.

- Root Cause Analysis and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and decision-making ability.
- Fluency in Spoken English.
- Continuous improvement mindset.

Qualification & Certification
- BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
- Certification in ERP/SAP, Advanced Excel or Lean Six Sigma will be preferred.
- Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) in a forging environment will be an added advantage.
