?Employment Type: Full Time The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on functional experience across Employee Central (EC), Time Management, Learning Management System (LMS), Onboarding, Recruiting, and Reporting, along with a valuable understanding of integrations with Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ERP/S/4HANA, Finance, and third-party applications.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP SuccessFactors applications, including incident, problem, service request, and enhancement management.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, Position Management, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Support Time Management processes such as Time Off, Time Sheet, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Profiles, accruals, and leave policies.
- Provide production support for SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including learning items, curricula, programs, certifications, assignments, notifications, and learning history.
- Support Onboarding and Recruiting processes, workflows, permissions, templates, candidate/requisition issues, and integrations with Employee Central.
- Design, support, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations between SuccessFactors, ECP, SAP ERP/S/4HANA, Finance, and third-party systems.
- Work with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Integration Center, OData, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and middleware platforms.
- Support EC–ECP integration, employee master data replication, organizational data synchronization, and payroll-related interfaces.
- Support Payroll-to-Finance (FI) integration,



including payroll posting validation, reconciliation, and interface troubleshooting.
- Plan and execute mass data loads, employee imports, foundation object uploads, data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors quarterly releases, impact assessments, regression testing, UAT, and production deployment.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Manage tickets and changes through ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy, ensuring SLA and ITIL compliance.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Security, Middleware, and business stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, integration optimization, and operational efficiency.

? Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, preferably in an AMS/Application Support environment.
- Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC), Time Management, LMS, Onboarding, Recruiting, and Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, MDF, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Position Management, and RBP.
- Good understanding of EC–ECP integration and employee data replication.
- Experience with Payroll-to-FI integration and payroll posting reconciliation.
- Strong exposure to Integration Center, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, OData, REST, SOAP, SFTP, and middleware.
- Experience with mass data management and SuccessFactors quarterly releases.
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA, incident management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in an ITIL-based AMS/support workplace.
