About the Role

We are hiring a Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant a single resource covering both Production Planning and Quality Management — for a large-scale S/4HANA implementation across cement, agri-products, manufacturing and trading entities in Saudi Arabia. The role covers process manufacturing, discrete/repetitive scenarios, and quality inspection across procurement, production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and configure Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order production scenarios.
- Configure process manufacturing with co-products/by-products, combined orders, MRP, batch management, and capacity evaluation.
- Configure Quality Management: inspection of raw and finished materials, in-procurement quality, quality notifications, and pre-delivery inspection.
- Design the integration between PP and QM for inspection lots triggered at goods receipt, in-process and delivery stages.
- Coordinate with MM (procurement/inventory) and SD (delivery/pre-delivery inspection) to ensure end-to-end process integrity.
- Define PP/QM master data objects (BOMs, routings/recipes, work centers, inspection plans, master inspection characteristics) for data migration and support cleansing/load strategy.




- Apply AI/GenAI-based tools to accelerate master data harmonization, automated test case generation for production/quality scenarios, and reconciliation checks during cutover.
- Support Clean Core-aligned extension design (BTP side-by-side/approved in-app tools) for PP/QM-related WRICEF items.
- Prepare functional specifications, support SIT/UAT, and conduct L3 power-user training and walkthroughs for the manufacturing and quality workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of combined SAP PP and QM experience, including at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation covering both modules.
- Prior project experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC, ideally in cement, manufacturing, agri-processing, or process industries.
- Solid understanding of process manufacturing (co-/by-products) and quality inspection workflows integrated with procurement and sales.
- Practical experience using AI/GenAI tools to accelerate S/4HANA data migration and testing — e.g., automated BOM/recipe data mapping, AI-assisted test generation, or intelligent defect triage.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Clean Core principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills; bilingual Arabic/English preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and/or Quality Management certification.
