Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 8–10 years of strong hands-on Salesforce development experience to lead the design, development, integration, deployment, and optimization of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Salesforce LWC, Apex, Integration, Deployment, Agentforce, and Data Cloud/Data 360. The candidate will work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Develop complex Apex solutions including Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, asynchronous processing, service classes, and design patterns.
- Build and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud.
- Design and implement Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, and other Salesforce Flows.
- Develop secure and scalable integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, middleware, and other integration patterns.




- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and Agentforce solutions, including Agentforce configuration, orchestration, and prompt grounding.
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 for data integration, unification, and activation use cases.
- Manage Salesforce deployments using SFDX, Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices related to security, scalability, performance, governance, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior Salesforce developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Identify opportunities for platform optimization, automation, and performance improvements.

- 8–10 years of overall Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Strong hands-on development experience in LWC and Apex.
- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations and deployment processes.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce.
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud / Data 360.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, performance, and best practices.
- Ability to independently handle complex technical requirements and provide technical leadership.
