Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Sales Representative for a full-time remote role. The position involves developing and managing relationships with schools, coaching institutes, distributors, and retailers to expand the reach of G.R. Bathla publications.

Key responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, conducting product presentations, negotiating and closing deals, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.



The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams on marketing initiatives and preparing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in sales, target achievement, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; Hindi and regional languages are an advantage.
- Understanding of the education and publishing sector, particularly school and competitive exam markets such as JEE and NEET.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, remote working platforms, and basic sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel occasionally when required.
