nWe’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development and GTM teams while owning the quality of client delivery.
n
n The role
nThis is a hands-on leadership role.
n
nYou will manage a team of Business Development Executives and GTM Engineers, coach them regularly, improve campaign quality, and make sure the team is consistently creating strong sales opportunities for our clients.
n
nYou will be onboarding new clients, understanding their product and ICP, building campaign strategy, attending weekly meetings, reviewing performance, and making sure clients feel confident about the work being done.
nWe are looking for someone who enjoys developing people, understands outbound deeply, and has the discipline to stay close to the details.

- Lead and manage Business Development Executives and GTM Engineersn




- Coach the team through call reviews, campaign feedback, objection handling, and regular performance reviewsn
- Onboard recent clients and understand their product, ICP, positioning, and sales goalsn
- Build outbound campaign strategy across calls, email, and LinkedInn
- Write and review cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, call scripts, and sequencesn
- Attend weekly client meetings and communicate progress, learnings, and next stepsn
- Review campaign performance and make changes to improve resultsn
- Own the overall client experience and help maintain strong client relationshipsn
- Work with leadership on hiring, training, team capacity, and performancen
- Improve internal playbooks and processes as the team growsn
