About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for our Background Verification (BGV) services. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, consultative selling, and managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Admin/Operations Heads, and business decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable background verification solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiations, closure, and onboarding.
Conduct client meetings,



presentations, product/service demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial offers with prospective clients.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/sales reports.
Coordinate with the operations and verification teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Background Verification, HR Tech, Recruitment, HR Services, Payroll, Staffing, SaaS, or related services.
