IMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, PI Planning and Retrospectives.
Guide and coach the team on Agile/Secure/Scrum best practices and principles.
Collaborate with Business and technical teams to ensure sprint goals are aligned.
Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating when necessary.
Monitor sprint progress and performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Extract and document requirements. Author user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ensure team members understand processes and support the team in following them.
Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt.
Work with technical team and product owner balancing the interests of both when issues arise.
