Overall role purpose

This position will be supporting the strategic project around analysis and onboarding of data from member firms for the global relationship database (GRD). This role is currently a consulting role within the project for Phase 4.

Main responsibilities

· Work as part of data collection team to speak to member firms to understand their data landscape and guide them in the best way to organize and submit their information

· Work with member firm to identify data sources

· Work with member firm to explain the mapping requirements

· Work with member firm to explain data landing zone

· Assist member firm in resolving data issues

· Assist member firm in resolving data onboarding issues

· Assist in the review of the raw data collected for completeness

· Must have above average communication skills and interpersonal skills

· Must understand the complexity of client data

· Must be able to judge when escalation is required to achieve an outcome





· Must understand and respect global diversity and exercise proper judgment when tactful interaction with global cultures is necessary

· Quick learner and self-starter with the ability and confidence to execute their responsibilities with limited oversight

Experience – Essential

· Experience with O365 including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.

· Experience collecting and cleansing large data sets

· Experience working in a multi-national organisation or international organisation, speaking to people from across time zones and cultures

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, process technical ma
