Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to drive seller acquisition, B2B business development, B2C customer growth and marketplace revenue.

The role requires strong execution capabilities, a startup mindset and a clear understanding of both seller-side and buyer-side marketplace growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSeller Acquisition

- Acquire brands, manufacturers, distributors and retailers with viable surplus inventory.
- Generate seller leads through outbound sales, digital campaigns, referrals, events and partnerships.
- Manage negotiations, onboarding and seller relationships.
- Ensure KYC completion, product uploads, competitive pricing and inventory activation.
- Improve seller activation and time taken to generate the first sale.

B2B Business Development
- Acquire retailers, resellers, corporate customers, institutional buyers and bulk purchasers.
- Build and maintain a qualified B2B sales pipeline.
- Match buyer requirements with suitable surplus inventory.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage strategic accounts.
- Increase bulk orders, repeat business and revenue from B2B buyers.

B2C Marketing and Customer Growth
- Execute performance marketing, social media, SEO, content, influencer and partnership campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and improve CAC, ROAS and conversion rates.
- Increase website traffic, first purchases, average order value and repeat purchases.
- Build CRM, remarketing, loyalty and referral programmes.
- Improve product discovery,



cart conversion and the checkout journey.

Marketplace Growth and Management
- Align seller inventory with B2B and B2C buyer demand.
- Drive GMV, revenue, order volume, sell-through and contribution margin.
- Improve pricing, promotions, merchandising and product visibility.
- Analyse sales, campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage sales and marketing team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Maintain CRM pipelines, forecasts and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with catalogue, operations, finance and technology teams.

- Qualified and activated sellers
- Seller onboarding-to-transaction time
- B2B pipeline value, conversion and revenue
- Active B2B buyers, bulk orders and repeat business
- Recent B2C customers acquired
- Customer acquisition cost and ROAS

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, D2C, retail, B2B sales or digital marketing.
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing sales or marketing teams.
- Proven experience in seller acquisition, B2B business development and B2C customer growth.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, sales funnels and marketplace economics.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, advertising platforms, analytics tools and Excel.
- Hands-on, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
