: Senior Sales Manager for Steel n Style, Furnisteel & Casamo Modular - 3 leading Furniture brands manufactured in Guwahati, with customer presence across Eastern India

Salary: Between ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month.

About Us:

We are the authorized distributors of Tata Steel's flat products for the North East India region. We are also manufacturers of Steel furniture & Wooden modular furniture, with one of the highest Dealer presence of any brand in Eastern India.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for furniture products. This role also involves directly managing and developing B2B/Institutional sales within an assigned territory in the North East. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the steel industry and a proven track record of success in sales management and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive team performance.
- Monitor team performance and report on sales metrics.
- B2B/Institutional Sales Growth (Assigned Territory - North East)




- Identify and cultivate new B2B customer relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in a sales management or team leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2B/Dealer sales, preferably within the FMCG, Consumer Durables, Electronics, Pharmaceuticals etc.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Furniture industry.
