Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Real Estate Sales Executives.

- Drive the team towards achieving monthly sales targets and business goals.

- Generate and manage leads, ensuring effective follow-ups and conversions.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.

- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales planning.

- Handle client meetings, negotiations, site visits, and closures when required.

- Ensure proper CRM updates, lead management, and daily reporting.

- Track individual and team sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall team productivity.

- Maintain strong knowledge of the SOBO real estate market, projects, competitors, and current market trends.

- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales/Marketing team to ensure smooth lead flow and conversion.

Candidate Requirements





- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader/Team Handling role.

- Strong experience in the SOBO/South Mumbai market is preferred.

- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling a sales team will be preferred.

- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market and customer segments.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales workplace.

- Should have strong team management and decision-making abilities.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
