About the Role

We're looking for an energetic go-getter with robust B2B sales experience — someone comfortable navigating long sales cycles (6–18 months) and closing deals with large MNCs, industries, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for employee & student transportation services
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle — from prospecting to closing large-value institutional deals




- Ensure profit margins are maintained on every deal closed
- Build and sustain relationships with decision-makers across MNCs, industries, and institutions

Experience & Criteria

- 4–6 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven experience selling to MNCs, industries, or institutions
- Prior experience with long sales cycles (6–18 months) preferred
- Must be based in Bangalore

Compensation

- Salary based on relevant experience
- Incentive: 0.5% of revenue generated (average deal size >₹1 crore)
