Senior Sales (Health Insurance)

As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors to promote and sell Health insurance products. You will guide your team to generate leads from the open market, support them in converting leads into policy sales, and help them achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

- Recruit and develop insurance advisors for selling Health insurance products.
- Motivate, train, and support advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Generate business through advisors and ensure regular follow-ups.
- You will be responsible for training advisors, promoting Health insurance products, and visiting customers to convert leads into sales.

Experience: 1 to 10yrs

Salary: 3 LPA to 4 LPA

Location:Chittoor

Any Graduate - 12 + 3Years Any UG Degree
