Job Role

- ASM (Area Sales Manager) / SM (Sales Manager) – BFSI

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals and advisors.

- Drive business growth through effective sales planning and execution.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.

- Conduct field visits, joint calls, and team coaching activities.

- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity standards are achieved.

- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

- Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

Team Management &

- Development:

- Recruit suitable sales professionals, advisors, and team members.

- Provide product, process, and sales training to the team.

- Motivate, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance.

- Monitor individual and team productivity.

- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Sales &

- Business Development





- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Generate quality leads through various channels.

- Convert leads into successful business opportunities.

- Drive sales of applicable BFSI products and services.

- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Identify new market and business development opportunities.

Customer &

- Channel Partner Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Develop relationships with channel partners and other business associates.

- Conduct joint customer calls and field visits with team members.

- Address customer requirements and support the team in closing business opportunities.

Reporting &

- Compliance

- Track and analyse team sales performance and productivity.

- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

- Share updates and progress reports with management.

- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain proper records and documentation.
