Dee Pet Services is a growing pet-care company providing professional veterinary and pet-care services for dogs and cats. We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with pet parents and contribute to the growth of our services.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries from pet parents through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable veterinary and pet-care services.
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments and sales.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Generate repeat business and encourage customers to use additional relevant services.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the veterinary and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic service-related concerns.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and contribute ideas for improving sales.




- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and build a solid customer base.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Candidates with experience in pet care, veterinary, healthcare, retail or service-based businesses will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
