Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our passenger car dealership in Jhansi. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, converting enquiries into bookings and retail sales, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, offers, finance, insurance, exchange, and accessories.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and product demonstrations.
- Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective customers.
- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, tele-calling, referrals, digital leads, events, and other sources.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and retail targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/DMS.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally to close sales.
- Promote finance, insurance, accessories, exchange, and other dealership products.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure timely post-sales follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new vehicle launches, product specifications, competitor models, pricing, and market trends.
- Participate in road shows, exhibitions, promotional activities, and customer events.




- Follow dealership and manufacturer sales processes and standards.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of passenger cars and automobile products.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic computer and CRM/DMS knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Experience Education: Graduate preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in automobile/passenger car sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in automobile dealership sales preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Jhansi/local market will be an advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Candidates with experience in customer-facing sales roles may also be considered.

Salary & Incentives Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
