nWe are looking for a high-impact Channel Sales Assistant Manager / Manager to drive revenue through education channel partners for Hero Vired's Online Degrees programs. The role involves end-to-end ownership of channel partner performance, activation, productivity, and revenue growth across assigned regions.
NKey Responsibilities
nChannel Partner Management

- Manage end-to-endchannel sales operations across assigned regions/cities. N
- Identify, onboard, train, and activate recent education channel partners. N
- Drive partner productivity, engagement, and revenue contribution. N
- Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders. N

nRevenue & BusinessGrowth

- Achieve enrolmentand revenue targets through channel-led sales. N
- Monitor funnel metrics: leads, conversions, enrolments, and closures. N




- Plan and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals. N
- Identify growth opportunities within existing and new partner networks. N

nProgram & Product Alignment

- Ensure partners are well-versed with degree programs, working professional courses, fees,
Neligibility, loan options, and specializations.

- Act as a bridge between channel partners, internal sales teams, and university SPOCs. N
- Support partners with marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and local promotions. N

nGovernance, MIS & Compliance

- Track and publishdaily/weekly/monthly MIS on partner performance. N
- Ensure adherence to pricing, compliance, and brand guidelines. N
- Resolve partner escalations and operational challenges promptly. N

nTeam & StakeholderCollaboration

- Work closely withcentral sales, marketing, ops, and academic teams. N
- Provide market feedbackon
