nThis is a leadership opportunity for a sales professional who understands the Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Glass / Plywood industry and has the ability to convert market opportunities into sustainable business growth.

n What You’ll Be Responsible For
n
- n
- Lead sales team for sales and business development.n
- Generate and convert leads through appointments, Client / Architect meetings and market visits.n
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers and end customers.n
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.n
- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.n
- Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team.n




- Identify current market opportunities and expand the company's customer network.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.n
- Prepare and review sales performance reports with management.n

- Relevant experience in the Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Glass / Plywood industry n
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.n
- Strong understanding of the local area also.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.n
- Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.n
- Ability to build relationships and generate business through appointments and field sales.n
- Existing industry connections will be an added advantage.n
