nWe are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive/Manager who will be responsible for generating new corporate business and building relationships with companies that have current or upcoming office-space requirements.
NThe role is primarily focused on outbound business development,



corporate relationship building and generating qualified office-space requirements.

- Conduct outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp and email campaigns. N
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, HR, Admin, Facilities, Finance and Procurement teams. N
- Generate current corporate leads independently. N
- Understand the client'sbusiness, employee strength, location preference and expansion plans. N
