nSkills & Qualifications
n· 5+ years of experience in supporting Oracle Forms & Reports applications.
n· Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL for analysis, data validation, and basic fixes.
n· Good understanding of Oracle Database concepts and experience with ticketing/ITSM tools.
n· Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills with effective communication and customer service orientation.
n· Willingness to work in shifts and provide off-hours support when required.
