Job Description – Oracle Primavera & Unifier Solution Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera & Unifier Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, integration, and governance of Oracle Primavera and Oracle Unifier solutions for large-scale water utility and infrastructure projects. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project controls teams, engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and IT teams to deliver enterprise-wide Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions.

The Solution Architect will define enterprise architecture, solution blueprint, governance, integrations, best practices, and ensure successful implementation aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture
Define end-to-end Oracle Primavera and Oracle Unifier solution architecture.
Design enterprise Project Controls framework covering:
Portfolio Management




Program Management
Project Management
Cost Management
Contract Management
Change Management
Budget Control
Cash Flow
Forecasting
Progress Measurement
Document Management
Workflow Automation
Define enterprise Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), and coding standards.

Business Consulting
Conduct discovery workshops with business users.
Understand Water Utility EPC lifecycle including:
Planning
Engineering
Procurement
Construction
Commissioning
Operations & Maintenance
Recommend industry best practices.
Translate business requirements into solution design documents.
