We are looking for a skilled Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OmniStudio tools and a solid background in Salesforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations.
Design and build guided user experiences using OmniScripts and FlexCards.
Develop and configure data services using Data Mappers (DataRaptors) – Extract, Load, Transform, Turbo Extract.
Build Integration Procedures for productive data processing and orchestration.
Customize and deploy components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
Work on rating calculation processes and rating engines (preferably in the insurance domain).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in Agile environments.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance within Salesforce applications.
Required Skills:
2+ years of hands-on experience in OmniStudio Development.
Strong expertise in:
OmniScripts
FlexCards
DataRaptors (Data Mappers)
Integration Procedures
Proficiency in:
Apex
SOQL
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
HTML/CSS
Experience with Salesforce SOAP/REST APIs and custom Lightning components.
Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years of overall Salesforce experience OR minimum 2+ years in OmniStudio development.
OmniStudio Certification is mandatory.
Good to Have:
Experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
Exposure to Insurance domain (rating engines, pricing models).
