Minimum Experience:
At least 8 years of relevant skilled experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation functions, including at least 3 years of experience working with Government or State Departments.

Applies strategic thinking and risk management to identify challenges, anticipate risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documentation, and engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.
