About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven US Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end US staffing and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling US IT/Non-IT recruitment, team management, client coordination, and achieving hiring targets within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of US recruiters and senior recruiters.
Handle full-cycle US recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
Work closely with clients and account managers to understand hiring requirements.
Develop recruitment strategies for W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
Monitor team performance, KPIs, closures, and submission ratios.
Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and documentation.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,



and networking.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions for recruiters.
Manage vendor relationships and recruitment databases/ATS systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment.
Minimum 2–3 years of team handling or managerial experience.
Solid understanding of US tax terms: W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099, OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling direct clients/MSP/VMS requirements.
