Position: Senior Rubber technologist / R&D; Lead An exciting hands on role bridging lab scale experimentation with process optimisation and production feasibility to commercialise developments.

Location: Ghaziabad (Dasna)

Mandatories

- Masters or PhD in Rubber/Polymer science & technology.
- Ideally with 6-10 years experience across both R&D; and manufacturing.
- Experienced in creating new product recipes, treating and compounding ingredients, testing and product trails for Natural rubber and other bio-polymers (Should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience with natural rubber products and trouble shooting production trials.)
- Hands-on approach to innovation and willingness to roll up their sleeves to experiment and develop new products.
- Be able to work collaboratively in an effective manner across cross-functional teams to test, and commercialise the developments.

- Designing recipes and formulations.
- Manage process parameters across compounding and curing trails.
- Optimising existing and new developments to improve processing & performance and see them through to commercialisation.
- Communicate with partner labs, production teams to close the loop on developments.
- Maintain records of testing results and research trials in an organised manner to serve future developments.
- Problem identification on the floor and in the lab and a problem-solving attitude




- Independently research and push R&D; to meet company's vision
- Ensure project delivery as per timeline.

About us A BLUNT STORY is developing sustainable solutions for footwear and allied industries. We are incubated at a partner factory with access to their in-house capabilities including testing lab, mixing mill, injection moulding, and DIP.
