Job Brief:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Sales team at AU Small Finance Bank Limited as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic individual with deep knowledge of gold loan financing, customer relationship management, and sales expertise within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving gold loan portfolio growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying recent business opportunities, managing risk, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the bank's market presence and profitability.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote gold loan products and services.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applications in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly gold loan disbursement targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.




- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and legal to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Monitor and manage the gold loan portfolio to minimize delinquencies and ensure timely recovery of dues.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on gold loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and documentation requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking with local businesses, jewelers, and community groups.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to inform management decisions.
- Ensure adherence to all compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements related to gold loan operations.
- Conduct periodic training and knowledge sharing sessions for junior sales staff to enhance team capabilities.
