Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic and customer-centric individual who can drive gold loan portfolio growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry knowledge and solid interpersonal skills to build and maintain robust client relationships, assess creditworthiness, and deliver tailored financial solutions. This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank's market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction within the competitive financial services sector.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and manage a high-value portfolio of gold loan customers, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applicants in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering customized gold loan solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations,



and legal to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursement.
- Monitor loan repayments and proactively manage delinquent accounts to minimize non-performing assets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals to expand the gold loan customer base.
- Provide expert guidance and training to junior sales officers on gold loan products, credit evaluation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit standards related to gold loan operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management review.
