Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic and customer-centric individual who can drive gold loan portfolio growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain robust relationships with clients, assess creditworthiness, and provide tailored financial solutions. This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank's footprint in the gold loan segment, contributing to overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and manage a high-quality gold loan portfolio by identifying and acquiring new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applicants to ensure adherence to the bank’s lending policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursal processes and ensure timely documentation and verification of gold assets.




- Monitor loan repayments and proactively manage delinquent accounts to minimize non-performing assets and ensure portfolio health.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and terms to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to recommend product enhancements and competitive pricing strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance, customer feedback, and market insights for senior management review.
- Train and mentor junior sales officers and relationship managers to build a knowledgeable and efficient sales team.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to gold loan operations.
- Participate in branch-level sales planning and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
