Na. Design, develop, and maintain services using Ruby, Java, and Go.
Nb. Architect scalable, reliable, and secure microservices and APIs.
Nc. Implement event-drivensystems and asynchronous processing pipelines.
Nd. Optimize system performance, resilience, and availability.
N n2. Collaboration & Delivery
Na. Partner with mobile/web engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.
Nb. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and observability.
Nc. Participate in sprint planning, system design, and code reviews.
N n3. Quality & Best Practices

Build unit, integration, and performance tests for services.
Nb. Ensure CI/CD pipelinesare integrated with automated quality gates.
Nc. Drive technical excellence through design reviews and documentation.
N n What You Will Need
N1. 4–6 years of backend development experience.
N2. Solid proficiency in Go, Ruby and Java.
N3. Experience with distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event queues.
N4. Solid understanding ofrelational and NoSQL databases.
N5. Familiarity with cloudplatforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
N n Nice to Have
N1. Experience in fintech,payments, or transaction-heavy systems.
N2. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
N3. Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
